This agreement is a legal contract between you and Kuromis VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (the 'App').
By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code, translate app text, or create derivative versions without authorization. The intellectual property rights in the App, related marks, content, and technology belong to the Service Provider or its licensors. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will notify users where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting a device is not recommended.
This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related functionality, you may also be bound by those third-party terms.
Service functionality depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for inability to use the service caused by unpaid device bills, data limits, carrier failures, weak signals, or regional network restrictions. Mobile data or roaming charges outside Wi-Fi are the user's responsibility.
Users are responsible for their own conduct. Although we try to maintain routing information, node status, and app compatibility, network quality may be affected by third-party data centers, carriers, or destination services. The App may release updates from time to time for security and compatibility, and you agree to install new versions when necessary. The Service Provider may suspend or terminate service as permitted by law and this agreement.
