This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application (the 'App') provided by Kuromis VPN ('this Service' or 'we') collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information. The Service is provided as is, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect privacy.

When you download and launch the App, the system may collect necessary operational data, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app paths, crash logs, and session duration. To recommend suitable routes, we may process approximate regional information. This data is used to: 1. recommend connection options based on Kuromis VPN node distribution; 2. identify regional failures and performance trends through anonymized aggregate data; 3. send necessary service updates, security alerts, or account notices.

We only transmit limited or aggregated data to necessary third-party providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, performance monitoring, and product improvement. Except as described here, we do not disclose personal information to third parties unless: 1. required by legal process or regulators; 2. necessary to protect users, the public, or service security; 3. working with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. To stop new app data collection, uninstall the App through your device's standard process.

User-provided data is retained during the service period and for necessary follow-up administration. To cancel your account or request deletion of personal profile data, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13. If we discover accidental collection of such data, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible. We use access control, encrypted transmission, and internal permission management to protect data.

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to legal, product, or operational changes. Please review this page periodically. Continued use after publication of changes means you accept the updated terms.
